Application:
It is mainly used for coloring various plastics such as Polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, ABS resin, polycarbonate, plexiglass, etc. And can also be used for coloring acetate fiber, nylon, polyester and laser devices.
When dissolved in plastic melt, it is distributed in molecular shape. When coloring various plastics, the proportion can be directly added to the plastics for uniform mixing, which can be pre molded or molded. The hue concentration can be adjusted according to the demand. Bright and transparent hues can be obtained in the transparent and clean resin. If combined with an appropriate amount of titanium dioxide and dyes, translucent or opaque tones can be obtained. The dosage can be determined as required. The general dosage of transparent tone is 0.02% ~ 0.05%, and the normal dosage of opaque tone is about 0.1%. Unlike pigments, the dissolution of fluorescent orange GG is achieved by losing its crystal structure and becoming the molecular chain of the polymer during the processing of plastic polymers.
